What is coaching?

The skill set for coaches includes reflective listening, identifying barriers, defining client’s values and goals. The coaching perspective focuses on the client’s strengths and uses the client as the expert in their own life, rather than the coach being the expert and the one to provide solutions. Working from the coaching perspective requires the coach to step back from the lead role of expert – telling the client how to fix where they feel stuck. A coach recognizes that you (the client) is the expert in your own life and works to help you clarify your thoughts to make a plan that works best for you!

How many coaching sessions do I need?

Coaching sessions are set up as a set of 4 for a total cost of $200. Meetings can be set for face-to-face or over the phone. Schedule your first coaching session HERE.
